Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa to Welcome Philadelphia Favorite, Federal Donuts and Chicken in Early 2024

LAS VEGAS (Nov. 9, 2023) – Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa announced today it will soon be home to the Philadelphia favorite, Federal Donuts & Chicken (Federal Donuts becomes Federal Donuts & Chicken in the New Year) –– an iconic eatery that raised the bar on comfort classics when it first debuted in 2011. Set to open in early 2024 in the famed Summerlin resort’s Food Court, this delectable culinary destination and the company’s first-ever West Coast outpost will quickly become an everyday stop for Las Vegans, and a must-visit for travelers.

Founded by five culinary trailblazers including James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, Federal Donuts & Chicken made a name for itself when the company burst onto the food scene and gave Philadelphians a whole new craving they never knew they had. Known for its ever-changing array of tantalizing flavors, guests will savor the famous spiced-cake Donuts served Fancy (freshly glazed and topped with unexpected flavors); or indulge in the irresistible Hot Fresh donuts (made-to-order and tossed in custom sugar and spice blends). Adding to the culinary delight, guests can indulge in Federal Donuts & Chicken’s hand-battered and twice-fried chicken that comes as Chicken Sandwiches, the Fried Chicken Salad, and Tenders. Rounding out the can’t-miss menu will be the destination’s coffee offerings, including the signature Donut Latte made with steamed milk steeped with donuts and warm spices.
