The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) released their Executive Summary for November during the week. As you can see visitor volume was up 5.6%, convention attendance was up 15.6% and overall occupancy in hotels was up 3.6%. Hotel operators in Las Vegas saw that RevPAR (Revenue per available room) was up 13.5% from 2017 to $112.98.
Cosmopolitan Renovations Complete The Cosmopolitan completed a yearlong remodel of its 3,033 guest rooms. The renovations started in late 2017 and was finished just as 2018 came to a close. The full remodel of both The Chelsea and Boulevard Towers results in an entirely new experience for guests.
