It’s not every day that casinos in Las Vegas change hands. MGM Resorts International recently announced two deals. On the same day in October, MGM Resorts announced the sale of Bellagio and Circus Circus . One of the casinos will see a new operator while the other remains part of the MGM Resorts family.
